SHIPPING TIME FRAME

High volume mailing times such as holidays, homecoming season, and bad weather in certain regions of the US, some orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Some of of our products are made to order but any and all in-stock items will be shipped within 2-7 days of purchase. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

We currently do not provide expedite shipping. All packages are mailed via UPS or USPS

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are made to order will take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to complete production as these items are ordered in bulk and custom made from start to finish. There are a few cases, depending on the product, where the production time frame is significantly reduced.

The order window will be communicated in our marketing emails, on the brand instagram page @ahigherstandard_, and on an item's product page. Order updates to individual customers may be periodically sent via email along the way.

LOST IN TRANSIT

Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen, free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays.
