RETURNS
Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC issue refunds on a case by case basis. Reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 10 business days of the delivery date. Please email nextlevelhbcu@gmail.com with a full, detailed description of your issue, along with all necessary pictures. Upon review of your case, you may be refunded via store credit in the form of a Next Level Collegiate Pride gift card for any future purchases. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Credit card refund exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership based on a case by case basis. It is also based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.
If you are issued store credit, it will be the total cost that you paid for an order at the time of checkout. Your store credit/gift card will NOT reflect the cost of an item before any discounts are applied.
Please be sure to ask about sizing on the item BEFORE checking out! We cannot alter your order in anyway once it ships. It is also VERY important that you double check any all names and addresses provided at the time of purchase. Not doing so will result in possible "return to sender" which will cause a further delay on your order.
LOST PACKAGES
At Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC, we understand that the security and safety of our customers' purchases are of utmost importance. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, but in the unfortunate event that an item is lost or stolen during the delivery process, we have implemented a comprehensive Lost and Stolen Item Policy to ensure that our customers are protected.
Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC does not retain any ownership or control over the item(s) once they have been shipped. We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Our shipping partners are responsible for handling and delivering your packages in a timely manner. However, unforeseen circumstances such as theft, loss, or damage during transit can occur despite our best efforts.
If you believe that your item has been lost, stolen, or damaged on behalf of the courier, it is crucial to file a claim and report the incident to the mail carrier responsible for delivering your item(s) as soon as possible. All of our items are either shipped UPS or USPS and are almost always insured so please check your tracking information on which carrier to contact. You may email nextlevelhbcu@gmail.com regarding your claim but only you will have access to that information while the carrier does their investigation into the matter. Any resolution regarding lost or stolen items will be subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier.
EXCHANGES
We exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee the item or size you are looking to exchange will be in stock but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site. You will still be responsible for the cost of any shipping costs associated with your new purchase. Keep in mind that some items are made to order, certain sizes sell out fast, and we don't always keep extra on hand. Please email nextlevelhbcu@gmail.com in order to receive instructions on how start the return process. Limited edition items or exclusive releases tend to sell our quickly and there is no guarantee items will still be available in the case of return. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!
GENERAL PURCHASING
Order alterations generated by Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order.
Next Level Collegiate Pride, LLC is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.
